WAYNE OLIVER

Wayne Oliver is a specialist practitioner in Mental Health Law, Mental Capacity and Care. Wayne's experience and expertise in this area includes an appointment as a Mental Health Panel member and he has over ten years experience in advising patients and representing them at Tribunal and Hospital Managers Hearings.

Addison Oliver Moore clients can be assisted in their Care Programme Approach (CPA) meetings and we have worked with a wide range of clients from those with mild difficulties to forensic patients undergoing prison to hospital transfers.

Wayne states: “There is no doubt that there continues to be stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness which can have an adverse impact not just on the individual but also on family and friends and we consider it part of our role to change some popular misconceptions regarding mental health.”
